Submitting Files for Printing

STORIES:
All stories or press releases should be submitted in word format (ie: .doc format). They should be typed without any special tabs or layout designs. Simple hard returns where needed. Any extras in the file could cause the file to be imported incorrectly and also risk the chance of the file being out of order.

ARTWORK:
All ads should be submitted with an appropriate name (ie: Event Title). Files need to be either a PDF or a JPEG format. CMYK color format is preferred, but other color profiles are allowed. Any other color profile however may appear differently than submitted because of conversion. Ads also need to be as close to actual ad size as possible. Please let us know if we are to edit
your file to make it work. If not file could appear distorted when printed. Any ad or event built in Publisher needs to be saved as a JPEG or PDF.

EVENTS LIST: Any event that is requested to be added to our list needs to have appropriate information included. Name, Date, Time, Location, Contact information, etc.

PHOTOS:
Please name any photos submitted with correct name of image. If it is a classified or image for a ad or story it needs to say as much. NOTE: If the only way to submit content to us is in a word document that is fine just please let us know if there is art or photos included in the document. BILLING: Any ad wishing to be placed in our paper needs to be submitted with the appropriate contact information for billing purposes. If not submitted with contact information, ad will not be placed in publication.
